Then look no further! Our clients fast growing, highly successful chain of Electrical Merchant branches needs talented, driven, focused individuals to join their expanding branch network. A great opportunity has arisen for someone who can lead by example.

It’s really important to meet and exceed customers’ expectations in terms of the efficiency of the service that they provide, so your role includes:

  • Building sales and profits by working in collaboration with your branch manager, for whom you’ll stand in for from time to time
  • Actively increase sales opportunities for new, lapsed and existing customers
  • Motivating your team and leading by example
  • Recruiting new employees, providing on the job training and working closely with your team to develop them for future promotion
  • Ability to make competent commercial decisions within a fast moving environment

What you need;

  • You will ideally have knowledge of electrical suppliers and contractors and managing high profile customer accounts for both new and existing business.
  • You will need comprehensive knowledge and understanding of wholesale and distribution of electrical products in all areas including cables, wiring accessories, lighting, lamps, energy management, safety and security.
  • Exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relations will be second nature to you.

If you don't have any previous electrical wholesale experience, you must be motivated by our clients product range and be committed to building an extensive knowledge of the industry.
