Are you a Business Development Manager from a hazardous waste background? Do you want to join one of the UK's leading renewable energy businesses; priding themselves on being forward thinkers and always at the forefront of the market?

On offer, is the exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join one of the UK's leading hazardous material testing, surveying, and consultancy, established over 30 years ago with around 6000 employees across the world, you will play a critically important role in the current and future growth plans of the business, helping them to achieve their as well as working for a good global cause.

In this role, the successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for growing the business's new customer base, this will be done by new client acquisitions, discovering new opportunities, from the existing portfolio and existing clients, cross-selling and any other activity you feel can push the business forward, continuing on their consistent success and growth.

The ideal Business Development Manager will ideally come from either an Asbestos Compliance, Legionella Compliance, Radiation Compliance, Waste Management or other Hazardous Materials industry, be happy to work remotely and travel as/when the job requires throughout the UK.

The Role:

• Developing new business through both warm leads and cold calls
• Selling into the manufacturing and industrial sectors
• Ensuring an adequate pipeline of new business

The Person:

• Must have sales experience and sales methodologies.
• Have sold serviced-based contractual agreements.
• Happy to work remotely and travel nationally
• Ideally form a hazardous waste
