Business Development Manager - E-commerce Agency 
Salary upto £50,000 base + commission. 
Manchester 
 
One of Manchester's finest. A great agency with a great reputation, a business that continues to win awards for their outstanding work are looking to hire a strong Business Development Professional.
 
This position requires someone with the gravitas and confidence to sell. It would be especially suited to someone from a media sales backgrond or an agency background, familiar with Hubspot and or a strong understanding of e-commerce. 
 
The Job
In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with potential clients. You will be fully supported with the right tools. All you need is the drive to go out there and sell! 
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • Engaging with potential clients in the e-commerce sectorn using a range of methods 
  • Using HubSpot to manage leads, streamline sales processes, and track progress.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand client base
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics
 
The Ideal Person will have: 
  • Proven experience in business development within the e-commerce or digital agency space 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.
  • A good understanding of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
