Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: up to £40k basic, realistic OTE of £60k - uncapped!

What you will be doing:

  • Driving sales of our industry-leading Leadership & Management Apprenticeships to clients across diverse sectors and industries
  • Showcasing our unique development programs and promoting how they align with client’s requirements and objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers both face to face and virtually
  • End to end sales management - from lead generation to client delight!
  • Working closely with our operations team to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role in the apprenticeship sector.
  • A consultative and solution-focused approach to sales.
  • A great network of contacts across linkedin and other sources.
  • The ability to work alone but also be a keen team player.
