The Role:

  • Generate New Business.
  • Manage accounts you have won as new business to reach a National Account Manager role within 12-18 months.
  • Working closely with the Sales Controller to deliver a key part of the sales strategy.
  • Implementing - where relevant - national business plans.
  • Be the first line of commercial contact for new business.
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and maximise opportunities.

Performance Measurements:

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPI's.
  • Deliver against distribution, volume, and other commercial metrics.
  • Deliver product distribution growth.
  • Implementation & execution of National Promotional Activity.
  • Ensuring an effective journey call plan is developed to meet business and customer needs.

The candidate:

  • A sales professional with a business development mindset.
  • Hungry and energetic.
  • Highly numerate with good client relationship building skills.
  • Business development or sales experience advantageous.
  • Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated.
  • Target driven with good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Show strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Establish rapport and build relations across all levels.
