The Role

We are seeking for a Business Development Executive to join our friendly team. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, which involves both home and office-based working arrangements (1 day minimum per week in the Chester office, plus occasional travel to visit clients).

The Responsiibilities

  • Supporting all aspects of new business activity under the direction of Sales Director.
  • Providing a range of administrative support to internal stakeholders.
  • Working with the onboarding team to commence new client facilities.
  • Managing and updating the CRM.
  • Logging new business leads.
  • Preparing offer letters for new business partnerships.
  • Undertaking company and director searches.
  • Preparing New Business Reports with base data.
  • Liaising with prospective clients as required.
  • Collating data accurately and effectively.

The Requirements

  • A team player with an enthusiastic and professional attitude (essential).
  • Attention to detail with the highest degree of accuracy (essential).
  • Strong customer service skills (essential).
  • Good Microsoft Office skills including Excel (essential).
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines (essential).
  • Experience using a CRM system or managing leads (essential).
  • Previous experience in an Invoice Finance/ Payroll/ Recruitment/ Umbrella company environment (preferred).
