Backed by an angel investor, this is a financially robust and rapidly growing recruitment business operating in lucrative global markets within construction, transport and engineering. The managing director is a multi award winning executive search specialist looking to hire motivated and ambitious sales focused trainee recruitment consultants that he can mentor and progress. He in interested in sales professionals who want to shape their own careers and business development executives who want to work on a global scale and help grow the business.

Recruitment consultancy is a challenging sales driven role with 3 main objectives.

1, To create new business development opportunities; finding new global clients that you can recruit for

2, To headhunt and advertise for the top candidates in your industry

3, To connect both candidates and clients by arranging interviews and offering jobs!

Working as a trainee recruitment consultant will allow you to build on your existing sales and relationship building skills. In this role you’ll begin by learning how to develop solid candidate relationships by screening and headhunting candidates, before moving on to learning about successful business development and negotiation with international recruitment in this fast paced, dynamic sales role.

Recruitment is a lucrative industry and this company offers a generous basic salary plus a straight forward, generous commission structure. If you have ambitions of earning six figures within the next few years, this is definitely an opportunity that will allow that.

No recruitment experience is needed, but a good b2b sales background is important, as is an ambition to work within a fast paced competitive lucrative sector.
