Location: Finsbury Park, London
Salary: £22k - £30k + fantastic OTE + bonus + monthly competitions
Job type: Full Time (5 days per week), Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join a fun, growing and dynamic business development company.

Established for over 8 years, they specialise in appointment setting and lead generation services. Their clients include some of the UK's leading financial services firms and marketing agencies.

Located in a converted warehouse within walking distance from both Archway and Finsbury Park Tube stations in North London, they are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing team.

About the role:

  • Daily sales calls to prospective clients with responsibility for growing their client base
  • Selling the benefits of the services offered by their clients
  • Appointment setting with senior decision makers
  • Client diary management and use of CRM

Full ongoing training will be provided to successful candidates.

About you:

  • Ideally, previous experience in telephone-based sales (telesales, sales executive, telemarketing)
  • A desire to develop your sales technique
  • Able to confidently talk with senior decision makers in household name brands
  • Outgoing and professional with a genuine desire to achieve and exceed targets

The role would suit someone who is interested in progressing a career in sales and looking for an opportunity to build and develop their skills in account and team management as well as other senior roles.
