Summary:

Do you have experience in a sales or telesalesrole working for either an energy supplier or broker? We are looking for a Business Development Executive to be responsible for the generation of new business appointments for a team of Business Development Managers. Using WARM LEADS, you will use your sales/negotiation skills and professional telephone manner to identify new business opportunities, overcome objections and book appointments for the BDMS. The Business Development Executive position is an exciting and pivotal role, so if you have B2B Sales / telesales experience within the energy industry, are a strong communicator and you can overcome objections - Apply for the Business Development Executive role

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate new opportunities for the Business Development Managers.
  • Contact list of WARM LEADS to arrange meetings/appointments on behalf of the BDM’s
  • Take pleasure in observing your leads flourish to new customers.
  • Manage data sets, ensure the CRM data is maintained, improved and updated
  • Use your sales experience and negotiation skills to identify the best business opportunities
  • Overcome objections and be proactive within the role to accomplish your goals.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working within the energy sector is a MUST
  • You’ll be open to change and eager to learn, with a good affinity for technology
  • This position is phone based, so you will be polite and have a friendly B2B telephone manner
  • You’ll have excellent communication skills, able to persuade and negotiate
  • You’ll be proven in building long-standing working relationships
  • As well as highly analytical and numerate, you’ll have good time management skills
