Job Title: Business Development Manager/ New Business Sales/ Field Sales
Territory: UK Wide
Basic: £50,000
OTE: £100,000 uncapped + £10,000 bonus per annum for hitting target

With a well-respected name within the Managed Print Solutions industry, our client is a leading manufacturer, providing innovative print, software, managed solutions and IT services to clients across the UK and Europe.
Due to continued success in the Corporate Division, our client are looking to recruit a very high calibre Business Development Manager to work solely on winning (and implementing, then moving on) new business deals within corporate and enterprise clients across the UK.
They are looking for an exceptional candidate who is extremely motivated and driven with a passion for business development and in return they will ensure that you will be well rewarded. Along with a generous basic salary and package, you will receive commission on both revenue and profit, which takes the expected earnings well into the six figure bracket.
As the successful Business Development Manager, it is essential that you have a proven background in winning new business within the Corporate Managed Print and Document Solutions market. Our client will support you to be successful by ensuring you receive qualified leads from their dedicated tele-appointing team and they also have a first class bid team, who you will work with you when tendering for contracts or business.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop a progressive and sustainable new business pipeline to facilitate regular corporate engagements
*Prepare, price and deliver flawless sales pitches to potential corporate clients
*Establish partnerships internally with support teams to ensure that a healthy, symbiotic and cohesive support model is in place to assist with delivering a new business pipeline e.g. tele-appointing team, Pre sales, IT Services, Software, Visual Solutions, Production print, etc.
*Partner with the bid team to provide support, steer, commercial acumen and assisted management of all relevant submitted corporate tenders or bids
*Feedback customer intelligence and requirements to Sharp Business Systems UK in relation to product offerings
*Work with the Account Management Team to ensure a smooth transition from new business to business as usual, after initial implementation period
*Utilise exclusively the CRM system for Corporate forecasting ensuring that it is updated and relevant at all times
*Work within the Connect Partner Program to assist with developing opportunities and on-going relationships
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience of delivering new business in the Corporate Managed Print and Document Solutions market in a Business Development Manager or Account Manager position
*Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Managed Services market and competitive landscape
*Ability to cold call as required or convert structured leads into appointments
*Experience of delivering pitches to large corporate clients at an Executive level
*Experience of working with a bid team to prepare and submit complex bids
*Experience of achieving demanding Corporate new business targets
