Business Development Executive wanted for busy Conveyancing Department

The Firm:

Founded in 2002, My client has firmly established themselves as one of the largest and most popular firms of solicitors in West London. Due to growth, they are ready to expand their already established Residential Conveyancing department by recruiting a Business Development Executive. Their success as a law firm and in acting for their clients is built on close personal relationships and a thorough understanding of each client's business and commercial objectives.

The Role:

A charismatic Business Development Executive is now required for a well established legal department in Hayes, London. Hitting the ground running you will be required to generate new business streams through targeted business development activity, manage and maintain external relationships with introducers, liaise closely with the conveyancing team and deal with any feedback and/or service issues and provide quotations to all clients for their conveyancing in an extremely proactive manner. The Candidate:

You must have experience working in the property or conveyancing industry.
You must have experience working in a Business Development or B2B Sales Role
You must be able to work closely as part of a team but also be independent and self-motivated
You must have the capacity to work in a fast-paced, often changing environment
You must have excellent technical and organisational skills.
You will be flexible and client-focused.

This exciting role is located in West London, however, you would be expected to travel on a regular basis and have the ability to work outside of the normal core hours.

Salary range (DOE): £Basic + Commission
