Business Development Executive (Chemistry)

Are you a graduate Chemist looking for a role out of the lab? If you have some experience in Organic Chemistry and are looking to apply your chemistry knowledge in a commercial/ sales role this could be the opportunity for you!

A growing Research & Development company in the North West are currently looking for a Chemistry graduate for a Business Development role.

In this role will identify and develop new customers & nurture existing client relationships to develop business. You will attend conferences and exhibitions to generate new leads/ customers and identify trends in the industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identify new customers and build relationships with them.
  • Manage marketing materials including company website and brochure.
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions.
  • Develop client relationships to maximise sales.

Ideal candidates will be:

Degree or Masters qualified in Chemistry and have some experience in Synthetic Organic Chemistry, either from a university project or industry.
