Responsibilities

As Business Development Director, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the company's growth and success.

Sales and Marketing

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotional activities.

Building Partner Networks:

  • Establish and foster strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Identify potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with partners to ensure effective product distribution and sales support.

Expanding Sales Channels:

  • Identify and explore new sales channels to maximize market reach.
  • Implement innovative sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Analyse sales data and market feedback to adjust strategies and improve performance.

Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Implement best practices for inventory management and order fulfilment.

About The Desired Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive sales
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, market trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Self-sufficient with the ability to think outside of the box.
