As the Business Development and Marketing lead your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Champion the Care Group's brand across various platforms, including social media, conferences, and forums
- Spearhead research and development for new service innovations and initiatives
- Oversee the Safe Move In protocols to ensure a seamless transition for new customers
- Drive service development with a focus on innovation, reliability, quality, and value for money
- Compile and present monthly management reports on tendering, occupancy, and fee earning data

For this Business Development and marketing lead the Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Management experience with a track record of leading successful teams
- At least 3 years of experience in business development and establishing new service development
- A strategic mindset, balancing growth with sustainability
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with diverse personnel
- Strong organisational and time management skills, meeting deadlines and commitments
- A person-centered approach to service delivery
- Proficient planning and project management capabilities
- Influential negotiating skills to steer projects to success
- Capacity to manage a complex workload across multiple locations
- Inspirational leadership to motivate teams
- Outstanding written communication skills
