Business Change Manager - Head Office
Riverside are looking to recruit a Business Change Manager on a Permanent Basis working 35 hours per week.
The Role will be to undertake the role of Business Change Manager for the Group, with responsibility for ensuring that the business impacts of the change portfolio are fully understood and plans are put in place to enable the successful transition of all change projects into business as usual (BAU).You will create the framework and tools to manage Business Change across the Group and will provide leadership and support to local Change Readiness Managers to ensure these are used effectively.
Key accountabilities for this role are to motivate and engage with local Change Readiness Managers, through matrix management, to ensure the effective delivery of change across the organisation. To develop and implement the Business Change framework which supports the Riverside change methodology and, to oversee all business change activity across the Group, liaising with the project teams, the business areas, Learning and Development and Marketing and Communications to ensure the business are ready for and embrace all changes in the portfolio.
We are looking to engage suitably experienced individuals with excellent change management skills who can demonstrate their ability to successfully manage multiple change projects into a complex, multi site medium to large organisation. communication skills and You will need to have a proven track record of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams (including through matrix management) and managing team performance and a passion for delivering a highly proactive, customer centric service. .. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of building strong working relationships, excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels across the business and successfully persuade and influence others.
