We are seeking Business Change Facilitators to join a HR team in the capital’s police force and contribute to their My Performance & Development initiative. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent presentation and engagement skills, who are confident in using technology and have a knack for training and organisational development.

  • Day Rate: £250-£350 per day Umbrella
  • Location: Kilburn, London
  • Duration: 4 – 6 months

Day to day of the role:

  • Collaborate with the lead facilitator to target audiences and schedule sessions.
  • Manage logistics for session arrangements and ensure smooth execution.
  • Determine target audiences for future sessions and conduct follow-up reviews to gauge engagement levels.
  • Tailor and deliver sessions to meet the specific needs of the business, coordinating the approach with each group in advance.
  • Provide weekly reports detailing activities, session feedback, and plans for the upcoming week.
  • Identify challenges and collaborate on workarounds or necessary changes in approach.
  • Communicate any user challenges or problems back to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation and engagement skills.
  • Confidence in using technology and handling objections.
  • Ability to train individuals, identify difficulties, and adjust accordingly.
  • Organisational skills to manage and run sessions effectively.
  • Comfortable interacting with various levels within an organisation.
  • Desirable: Understanding of organisational performance and development, policing, and training experience.
