A market leading, National Organisation based in the heart of Glasgow City Centre is looking to recruit a new member of staff to join their expanding team. Recently relocating to excellent new city centre offices, they are a fantastic organisation to progress your career within.
Your new role
My client is currently looking to expand their existing team by adding an additional Assistant Manager to their team, who is comfortable dealing with high volume workloads.
Your key duties will include, but not be limited to:
Processing information through in house systems
Drafting documentation for senior management
Making recommendations to senior management
Conducting reviews of supplier data
To communicate system developments to stakeholders
To help ensure that the outputs delivered meet the agreed specifications and requirements
Designing UAT and ensuring thorough system testing
The role will be paying between £22-25K and will be Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a recent graduate who has preferably gained their degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography or Physics.
You must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a team, have excellent both written and verbal communication skills and strong numerical and analytical skills.
IT literacy and experience with using Microsoft Office is essential, it is desirable to have knowledge of UAT.
