Business Analyst | Financial Services | Permanent 

This is an exciting opportunity for an up and coming Business Analyst to join a prestigious financial services organisation based in the heart of London on a permanent basis.

Working to deliver change as part of a Service Team within a cross-functional environment where you will be working closely with both the business and IT functions, it is important to be a team player and to have the ability to collaborate well with others. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Management of Key Stakeholders within the Service Team to deliver Business Analysis which would include: Capturing User Stories, User Story Refinement, Exploring Scope, and Acceptance Criteria Determination 
  • Facilitate a variety of ceremonies for delivery change 
  • Assist with the change management processes and procedures 
  • Develop a extensive understanding of the organisation's Enterprise Data Model 
  • Develop into the Reference Data SME

Experience: 

  • Good Business Analysis Experience 
  • Experience within an Agile environment and techniques 
  • Financial services experience 
  • Ability to work well within a team 

Hybrid: 3 days on-site per week in Central London
