As a Business Analyst in the organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects are aligned with clear business requirements from inception through to delivery. This position is integral to supporting transformational projects across the organisation.

Description
* Business Requirements Analysis: Lead the elicitation and documentation of business requirements consistent with the organisational standards. Ensure these are well-understood and maintained throughout the project life cycle.
* Process Mapping: Document current ("as is") and future ("to be") processes, detailing necessary changes to achieve desired outcomes.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Collaboration and Oversight: Collaborate with technical delivery partners and maintain ongoing updates to business requirements documents.
* Methodology Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of standardised approaches for requirements elicitation and tracking.
Profile
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in a Business Analyst role, with a proven track record in managing transformation projects in complex and regulated environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in BPMN, UML, Entity Relationship Modelling, Business Rules Modelling, and Requirements Management. Familiarity with Scrum or DSDM project methodologies is a plus.
- Leadership and Communication: Experience leading business analysis activities and engaging with high-level stakeholders. Ability to mentor junior analysts and manage third-party contributors is desirable.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Certifications such as BCS ISEB Business Analysis, IIBA CBAP, or equivalent are preferred.
Desirable Experience:
- Specific experience in supply chain or healthcare environments.
- Involvement in customer journey mapping, product catalogues, order management, and business intelligence reporting.
- Skills in continuous improvement practices and change management.
Additional Qualifications:
- Exposure to project management frameworks such as APMP or MSP is beneficial.
