Business Analyst - Cardiff (Hybrid) - £40,000

The Role: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst sitting within the transformation team, you will have the autonomy to make a difference and generate significant benefit for the business. You will provide strategic business analysis across the product and technology functions, working with stakeholders to support on the delivery of their transformation strategy.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and facilitate process design changes, focusing on quality improvement and data management

- Manage stakeholders at all levels - communicating project updates and results

- Requirements gathering and documentation (technical writing)

- Organise and coordinate workshops with relevant stakeholders

- Oversee the user acceptance testing to ensure the end product is fit for use

About you:

- Prior Business or Change Analysis experience

- Insurance or Financial Services sector experience

- Experience in an Agile project environment

- Experience with technical writing and documentation
