Who are we looking for?
The Business Analyst is a tactical delivery role within the SCRUM/project team and is pivotal to the team's autonomy. They elaborate user requirements within the sprint and project backlog, as well as testing each unit/story's functional operability as part of their sprint commitments to the team.
You will already posses excellent oral and written communication skills to allow you to facilitate the understanding and delivery of our solutions.
Essential skills would include:
·Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to deliver new features to our products
·Work well in a team context adapting to and influencing team practices
·Able to understand the essence of the customer requirement and identify any problems with the proposed solution
·Estimation of time and risk of development tasks.
·Understanding risk and when value can be provided as early as possible.
·The ability to align priorities with the business strategy.
·Good problem solving skills.

Beneficial skills would include:
·Understanding of the not-for-profit sector.
·Familiar with software and database technology.
·Interest in UI/UX
·Ability to propose appropriate solutions for the target user

What will I be doing?
Day to day you will be working with our developers as part of the scrum team. This will, although not exclusively, include:
·Understanding, explaining & refining requirements to making sure the team are clear on the detail behind each requirement.
·Providing guidance on the user requirements for new features and setting an acceptance criteria to determine delivery availability.
·Work closely with the Scrum master as a team member in relation to sprint progress and planning.
·Work with the product owner and stakeholders to understand the scope and suggest improvements to the requirements.
·Preparing documents like wireframes and design flows as and when necessary.
