2x Business Analysts required to join a large scale organisation going through a host of transformational change projects centred around customer service.
Your new role
You will be an experienced Business Analyst who will of worked in similar large scale organisations across a breadth of projects focused around customer service in an Agile environment.
- Process Architecture and Design - Understanding broad process context. Designing new new business processes.
- Business Improvement
- Change Management & Implementation - Rollout / mobilisation planning, creating engaging comms (e.g videos)
- Problem Definition and Solution Shaping
- Agile / Squad environment
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you be a strong BA with experience of requirements gathering, scoping and documentation and creating and supporting business cases for a variety of projects.
You will have strong commercial acumen enabling you to be deal effectively with senior stakeholders as required and tailor your comms for different audiences.
It is essential that you will of worked as part of squads in Agile environments.
Experience of working on customer service related projects would be highly advantageous.
