I'm currently partnered with a multinational information technology company that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services. They are looking for multiple Business Analysts to join them to work with one of their Telecommunications end clients.

Telecommunication experience is a MUST for this role & anyone without this will NOT be considered.

The initial term is 6-months and the role is INSIDE IR35 via umbrella company. You will be working to a hybrid/remote model with 1-2 days per week on-site in Central London with the remainder WFH.

Day rates being offered are below:

  • £370 per day for 5-10 years experience
  • £450 per day for 10+ years experience

Please see below for technical requirements:

  • Verify & challenge the potential solutions with business stakeholders to ensure best ROI
  • Advocates & effects change by influencing decision makers and persuading operational people to follow different working practices
  • Facilitate workshops & solution sessions to analyse business problems and identify root cause(s) that require a fix and the associated benefits
  • Taking care of the whole lifecycle from capturing requirements / idea, solutioning and implementation to confirm if solution is fit for purpose
  • Translating ideas / Requirements into actionable features, stories that can be developed and delivered
  • Perform complex impact assessments of changes to requirements and designs
  • Experience with inventory management systems in the telecoms area
  • Experience of service planning & activation tooling (Netcracker)
  • Telco service Delivery knowledge
  • Telco Network knowledge like Ethernet, SDWAN, Fibre, MPLS
  • Familiar with system transformation / integration and data migration
  • Experience in Agile methodologies e.g. Safe, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), etc.
  • Create end to end traceability and review test cases, HLD and processes
  • Manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects and strategies
  • Work effectively in high-pressure situations that require sound decision making
  • Good presentation & communication skills
  • Active listener
  • Agile methodology Experience
