Business Analyst - Insurance - Salesforce

• Location: Remote / 1 day in London
• Salary: £70,000 - 80,000
• Benefits: Pension, 26 days leave + Bonus

Mandate:

Take lead on a large-scale trading system replacement programme. The scope covers both London market specialty & retail broking lines of business.

You will own responsibility for requirements management, system capability gap analysis and ain the new Salesforce product which is being developed.

As this is a complex programme with various parties and workstreams, you will need to be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision, working closely with internal stakeholders and vendor.

Skills required:

• Proven experience working on trading system projects within insurance industry and a extensive experience with London market processes is essential
• Domain knowledge in insurance finance and accounting processes
• Comfortable with waterfall / agile hybrid project delivery
• Take lead in workshops and identifying gaps and solutions with stakeholders
• Happy to work on projects where plans or ways of working can change at short notice
• Eager to support and colleaborate with project managers and other BA team members
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform-based systems would be advantageous.
