Job Title: Business Analyst (Incident Manager)

Location: Bromley
Duration: 6 Months

Our well renowned banking client is currently on the market for an Operations Analyst (Incident Management), the role is a hybrid role (3 days in 2 days from home). The position is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend.

• Description:
  Provides Incident and Event Response support for Global Operations businesses.

• Demonstrates business acumen to facilitate the implementation of solutions regarding business recovery at the time of an incident and/or event.

• Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management.
  
  High Level Core Responsibilities:
  

• Actively lead and triage significant multi-FLU events, leveraging key support tools and references to ensure understanding and effective communication of potential impact to customers/clients experience, processes and/or other significant business disruption.
  

• Drive results, by effectively consulting with business partners during response to events, and also ensuring all stakeholders are accountable for any post event results (such as impact and quality analysis)
  

• Create timely and accurate business communications, ensuring documentation of the incident is accurate
  

• Using sound judgement, escalate incidents to senior leadership when required
  

• Represent incidents in operational status and incident review meetings as well as post problem review and incident follow up
  

• Interact effectively with teammates, management and partners and work with a sense of urgency as well as have the ability to multi-task
  

• Provide On-Call support for rotating Weekends and Holidays as needed
