Lace is a supply chain transformation project focused on the implementation of a best-in-class supply chain planning solution, using Blue Yonder as our technology solution. As a key member of the team your primary focus will be to meticulously document the to-be business process and to generate appropriate training content and materials to facilitate the successful adoption by end users of this key strategic initiative. If you are a Business Analyst who is passionate about shaping the future of supply chain excellence, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you! You will be responsible for:
  • Supporting and assisting the design and delivery of the Lace solution in line with the agreed business strategy and project objectives.
  • Leading efforts to thoroughly document existing and proposed supply chain processes and journey mapping. You will create clear, detailed, consistent and accessible documentation including process maps and working instructions that serve as a foundation for further understanding, analysis, and improvement.
  • Supporting the Test Manager with the design and execution of UAT testing, providing insights into potential areas of improvement and assisting in the resolution of issues.
  • Developing, reviewing, and updating engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources, to effectively communicate complex supply chain concepts in alignment with business processes and evolving project requirements. Support training sessions to ensure effective delivery and enhance the overall learning experience through collaboration with trainers and subject matter experts.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APARTPut simply, for this role the key things we’re looking for are:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on supply chain improvement projects – Blue Yonder technology experience would be a huge benefit.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training initiatives aimed at facilitating successful change implementation and integration.
  • Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities - an ability to both see the bigger picture and to be able to dig into the fine detail of business requirements will be critical.
  • Skilled in positively influencing others, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Visio or similar process mapping tools, as well as creating engaging training materials using various platforms and tools.
