Hays are looking for a Business Analyst who has experience of working with ERP systems. • As our Business Analyst, you will become a part of a market-leading enterprise, implementing and designing new solutions.
• Primarily working within the ERP system, this role will engage with all UK business units to understand challenges and present solutions to overcome these.
• Additionally, this role will be key to future projects, migrating the UK organisation onto a new ERP platform.
• To understand business needs and translate them into tasks and actions that support the achievement of objectives
• Responsible for continuous improvement of the ERP system and its processes
• To manage Change Request submissions after initial rationale and feasibility against objectives versus practical/operational needs
• Provide maintain all required records (knowledge bases, change requests, support tickets) in our Service Desk solution
• Project management of key software projects within the Customer & Sales areas when relating to ERP.
• Takes ownership and delivers
• Has the ability to operate at all levels in a customer service environment and within the business
• Understands of the ITIL processes
