A well-established client of Oscar's is looking to expand their team adding a Business Analyst to their growing team, which will be leading the digital transformation and shaping the future of the company.

The client is a well-known high street name with over 500 stores nationwide and will be really focusing on building their online presence, to stay relevant in today's digital world. There will also be changes to the EPOS system, to understand customer shopping behaviour. The supply chain will also be under review and will be going through the biggest transform. Finally, a new way of working in terms of how data is interpreted, driving decisions for the company that are data-led.

Ideally, you will have at least 2 years' experience working in a Business Analyst role. It will be vital to have had experience engaging with stakeholder as you will be working cross-functionally.

What you will need:

• At least 2 years' experience working as a business analyst or a customer journey role.
• Solid communication (both written and verbal)
• Experience working with different stakeholders
• Understanding of processes and understanding any improvements, with the confidence to raise this at the first opportunity
• Collaborative attributes and willingness to learn
• Ability to speak to different stakeholders from C-Suite to warehouse staff
• The office is based in Bath with the requirement at attend once a month depending on business needs.
