The Opportunity

Another fantastic 12month FTC Business Analyst opportunity has become available, this time for my client based in Sheffield. You must be able to travel to the offices at least 2/3 days a week. This is a genuinely exciting time to join an organisation that is making a huge difference to the regeneration of its surrounding areas, both from a building and IT infrastructure perspective.
You will play a key part within the organisation in supporting a digital transformation within the business.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery and implementation of the digital strategy by applying a structured approach that identifies and analyses opportunities for complex business problems.  
  • Analyse business goals, objectives, functions, and processes, using relevant information and data to support the definition of requirements.
  • Conduct option analysis, assess feasibility and operational impact, quantify potential business benefits with any constraints and contribute to business case development.
  • Lead the analysis, identification, design approach and prioritisation by implementation of process and business change.
  • Support the implementation of proposed business improvements.
  • Apply evaluation skills with minimal direction to support the design, execution and assessment of business process tests and usability evaluations within a project.
  • Develop models and system requirements for bespoke IT systems or software packages with minimal supervision.

Person Specification:
  • Experienced Business Analyst who can hit the ground running. My client is a growing business with a lot of complex projects to tackle and having someone who can hit the ground running at pace will be important
  • Inquisitive, someone who can spend time learning from stakeholders and uncovering business requirements
  • Analytical and presentation- can then make the recommendations to move forward
  • 3 days in the office, 2 from home is the standard format.
  • Based local to the office
