Busienss Development Executive - Basic to 18k, OTE uncapped 30k

Reporting to the Telesales Manager as part of the Telesales Team, the individual will be expected to engage with potential new customers with a view to making appointments for the sales team to visit and sell the Client’s product portfolio.

The successful applicant will be expected to:

Identify opportunities, quantify leads and book appointments for the sales teams with the emphasis on high quality leads.

Proactively follow up inbound leads

Use initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies across the service area.

To succeed in this demanding target driven environment, you must be able to display excellent listening skills, as well as a high level of timekeeping and organisation.

A confident telephone manner is essential, and the ability to work within a team environment is paramount.

You will need the ability to develop new ideas and employ a problem solving initiative for different scenarios.

Working under pressure and delivering on targets is a key component of the role, as is the ability to converse at all levels and create effective and positive working relationships with the customer base.
