About the Role

Burger King is part of our £3million Skyline Eats development in the heart of our resort’s Skyline Pavilion and is a busy, bustling venue, welcoming hundreds of guests each week. Whether it’s a great breakfast to start your day right, a quick bite to eat for lunch, or an after-dinner snack after a show, as a Restaurant Manager you’ll be vital in helping our guest’s create smiles at their most hungry moment! 

You’ll be part of a big team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be leading four Duty Managers and a team of up to 25 team demonstrating role-model behaviour by leading the way as a visible presence in the venue, maintaining high levels of hygiene and cleanliness, supporting the manager in the day to day running as regards team levels, analysing KPI and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins along with general activities, brand standard compliance, food safety and health & safety policies along with maintaining a strong partnership with Burger King themselves. 

As with all roles at Butlin’s, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority.

About You


We are looking for a passionate leader with great Burger King brand knowledge or a desire to learn if unfamiliar with the Burger King brand. You will focus on team experience whilst being able to balance this with keeping our guest experience at the heart of your decisions. You should have excellent communication skills and be confident engaging with teams at all levels. You should also have a curious mindset and not be afraid to challenge the status quo. Whilst your skills and experience are important to us, your approach, mindset and attitude are of equal interest to us.   You should be able to demonstrate the following: We love what we do: You are passionate about delivering fantastic food and great service, putting the guests first in all you do.
