Building Surveyor
A respected chartered surveying and property consultancy is actively seeking a driven Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Worcester.
This role represents a significant opportunity for a motivated professional eager to lead and develop a new Building Surveying team within the firm.
The Building Surveyors' role
The successful Building Surveyor will have the unique opportunity to establish and grow a Building Surveying team from the ground up in the Worcester office.
You will enjoy the independence to shape this initiative, playing a crucial role in the team's strategic direction and operational success.
In this role, the Building Surveyor will manage a diverse project portfolio that spans commercial, office, retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors, primarily across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, and Bristol.
This position is designed as a developmental role, providing continuous professional growth and long-term career prospects for an ambitious Building Surveyor.
The Building Surveyor
- A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or similar
- MRICS qualification would be ideal
- Experience across a variety of sectors would be beneficial
- Previous experience within a consultancy environment
