A leading commercial estate agency and property consultancy is currently looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to enhance their team based in Milton Keynes.

The Building Surveyor's role

This Building Surveyor role is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual seeking to contribute to a growing, close-knit team that provides a comprehensive range of surveying services to a diverse clientele.

As a Building Surveyor at this consultancy, you will be involved in both project and professional services. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services that include dilapidations, contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, and party wall matters.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or RICS accredited degree.
• MRICS ideally or striving towards APC completion.
• Hybrid experience across both professional and project services.
• Proactive and problem solving approach to work.
• Work well within a small team setting.
