Your new company
Your new company is a registered social housing provider in Manchester, managing over 8,000 homes.
Your new role
Your new role as Building Surveyor will require you to carry out pre- and post-inspections on housing upgrade works. You will oversee the subcontractor, ensuring works are completed to specification per the schedule of rates.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be HNC/D qualified in a building studies related field and have a good understanding of damp and mould and the HHSRS.
