Are you a multi skilled building services maintenance engineer who is looking for an new opportunity? I am actively recruiting on behalf of a leading FM service provider for one of their flagship sites in London. To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plant systems, and have the ability to work well under pressure.

  • London - Zone 1 - Static
  • £45,000 + Overtime
  • Mon to Fri (8am to 5pm)

  • Transformers
  • Generator Testing
  • Electrical Fault Finding
  • Emergency Light Testing
  • Fire Alarm Testing
  • Sprinkler Testing
  • BMS readings

Requirements

  • C&G / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations
  • 18th Edition
  • Experience in building services maintenance (commercial offices, critical environments or hospitals)
