My client is one of the top Energy and Sustainability consultancies within Wales, working on a range of projects across all sectors. My client is looking for a Licensed BREEAM Assessor to join their sustainability team either within their offices in Llanelli or remote working.
Role responsibilities include:
- Taking the lead on BREEAM projects for multiple clients, completing BREEAM assessments from inception to completion.
- Carrying out Life Cycle Assessments using IES-VE software and produce energy statements
- Carry out project financial management and mentor the more junior members of the team
- Providing sustainable solutions and advice to clients building and developing new client relationships.
Role requirements include:
- BREEAM Assessor certification with relevant experience with a BREEAM Assessor role and delivering BREEAM projects.
- Relevant degree within a sustainability or environmental science field
- Good understanding of building physics and thermal performance
- BREEAM AP certification would be beneficial
- Good experience with SAP and SBEM would be beneficial
- Experience managing projects and being within a client facing role
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
