BREEAM assessor

Northampton

Salary DOE

We have partnered with a market leading, national construction company who are looking for a BREEAM assessor to join them in Northampton.

Key Duties:

  • Lead on day-to-day delivery of BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment to post construction stage
  • Chairing meetings with design and site teams, advising them on how to maximise BREEAM credits
  • Ensuring the information needed for the assessments is collected and reviewed
  • Preparing reports for submission to Building Research Establishment (BRE)
  • Provide regular updates to project team members and pursuing information
  • Respond to the BRE on quality audit reports
  • Producing and keep up to date the regular tracking schedule 


Key Duties:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in a relevant subject – Desirable
  • Awareness of broad sustainability issues
  • Awareness of tasks on projects during all stages from conception to handover
  • Willingness to learn about risk management, financial management and commercial awareness
  • You will be a dynamic and engaging individual, who shares the companies ethics and values.
  • You will have the attention to detail necessary to deliver an effective and compliant service with proven experience.
  • Flexible and proactive to deal with the ever-changing demands of a dynamic environment where the requirement to maintain a safe and decent environment is constant.
