Brand Service Technician – Wrexham - Costa Express -  A14- Fixed Term Contract (6 months) - Field Based

Monday – Friday - 37.5 Hours

Who we are looking for 

We’re on the hunt for a self-motivated, solution orientated individual to keep our Costa Express machines trading to the highest standards, ensuring customers satisfaction with the familiar taste of Costa. You’ll need to have great interpersonal skill to communicate with both internal colleagues and partners at site locations. You’ll need to have a flexible approach, open to change and new ways of working.

The role responsibilities will include:

  • Attend each site within the required timeframe to complete the Brand Service Visits
  • Complete Brand Standards checks on every site visit
  • Complete periodic stock (ingredients) calibrations
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting whilst on site
  • Be an ambassador for Costa Express on all site visits
  • Build genuine and productive relationships with partners, instilling partner confidence and encouraging compliance
  • Effective communication of issues, problems or solutions to relevant colleagues
  • Sharing best practice and knowledge with colleagues 
  • Effective and efficient parts storage in vehicles
  • Effective working relationship with line manager
  • Comply with the organisational plans of daily job allocations
  • With support from line manager, actively work on a Personal Development Plan
  • Identify and communicate any skills gaps in relation to integral business systems to line manager
