Branch Relationship Manager

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Branch Relationship Manager in East London to join our client, a specialist insurance provider who has over 40 years of experience helping people secure motor insurance across the UK. The salary for this position is £27,000 per annum and also has a £4,000 bonus.

To be considered for this role you must have a full UK driving license and access to a car.

Key Responsibilities of a Branch Relationship Manager:

• Playing a key role in driving the office's commercial success and supporting the leadership of the dynamic branch teams
• Being responsible for providing information on both product suites and services to B2B and B2C audiences
• Practicing TCF principles by ensuring process adherence within remit, evidenced by audits, error reporting, due diligence checks, process guides and competency assessment
• Reporting on performance in line with business expectations
• Meeting and exceeding team and departmental key performance indicators and budgetary requirements

Key Skills and Experience of a Branch Relationship Manager:

• Commercial Insurance experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and insurance agents
• Proficiency in identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into clients through persuasive selling techniques
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and client data
