We are now looking to appoint a member of staff to join our Lytham St Annes Branch as a Branch Coordinator, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company.
The purpose of the job is to make a significant contribution to delivering maximum profit by effective and efficient diary management, provision of exceptional customer care, maximising sales of accessories and care plans and ensuring a well presented branch, consistent with a premium brand. The role will be primarily focusing on supporting diary management within the area but from time to time it the other branch coordinator responsibilities may need to be carried out.
Ideally you will have had experience working in a role where you have influenced and motivated customers and worked towards targets to contribute to the success of the business. You will also need to have extensive experience in diary management and administration to ensure smooth running of the branch. You will be competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and be able to pick up in house systems.
You will need to be confident, organised and have excellent inter-personal skills as well as a drive and desire to provide outstanding customer service and be results orientated. This position also requires someone who can use their initiative when challenging situations arise whilst also following a logical and systematic approach.
