The Hours You’ll Work;

  • Monday to Thursday 07.30am till 16.30pm
  • Friday 7.00am till 12.00pm

  • £14.16

  • MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Birtley area.

The Job You’ll Do;

  • Bending and forming sheet metal into clients products.
  • Using press brake to form and bend sheet metal.
  • To operate a range of production machinery.
  • To assist with the loading and unloading of containers.
  • To carry out regular and repetitive lifting and handling of goods.
  • To conduct general labouring and housekeeping responsibilities.
  • To work and adhere to the required quality standards.
  • To ensure that you work in a safe manner and comply with the company’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policy.

About You;

  • Used to working in a fast paced production environment.
  • Previous experience of using Press brake machinery.
  • Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
  • Working either independently or within a team.
  • Achieve team objectives.
  • Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
  • Physically fit as some products are heavy.
