We are in search of a Bookings Advisor to join a luxurious car dealership, to join their friendly team in Cribbs Causeway to support with after sale services.

Key responsibilities:

• Undertake the task of scheduling customer service, MOT, and repair appointments.
• Assist customers in their queries to ensure precise appointment scheduling while identifying chances to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including upcoming appointment dates, customer particulars, and vehicle specifications.
• Effectively communicate promotional offers, outlining their advantages to customers.
• Ensure prompt follow-up on customer inquiries with the Aftersales departments.

Key skills and Qualifications :

• Experience of working in a customer-centred role, either in person or over the phone is essential
• Accuracy with data processing
• Strong written and communications skills
