Overview
Great opportunity for a Bookings Administrator to join the customer service team of our well-established automotive client based in Reading. This will be a varied and busy role, with a key focus of building relationships with customers and garages to arrange appropriate vehicle bookings. Now is a great time to join this commercial Company, during an exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing great customer service to support customers
* Liaising closely with company approved garages to arrange customer bookings
* Answering and resolving incoming customer enquiries
* Ensuring the company system is kept up to date with relevant information
* Handling any complaints in line with company procedure
* Proactively responding to customer's emails and live chat messages

Requirements

* Previous administrative or customer service experience ideally, but our client is also open to a bright school or college leaver
* Friendly manner and positive attitude
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Able to adapt to changing environments and multi-task effectively
* Interest in automotive industry would be beneficial
