BODYSHOP Strip Fitter

Igloo have a fantastic opportunity for an automotive strip fitter, the role offers the right candidate an excellent opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading automotive companies with sites Nationwide. Within this role you will be Bodysho strip fitter a range of vehicles from small family cars through to high end vehicles within a busy automotive bodyshop.

The Role:

• Stripping and Refitting all components of vehicles ready for body work repairs, such as, door trims, door handles, wing mirrors, vehicle interiors, headlight and rear light units,
• Re-fitting vehicle components such as the ones listed above, once the body work repairs have been completed
• Working of a range of vehicles from small family cars through to light commercial vehicles
• Working within a large, fast paced bodyshop, where you will be expected to work as part of a team as well as under your own initiative
• Nights Sun to Thur 10hr shift

What kind of person we are looking for?:

• Able to carry out the work to a high standard
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must
• Excellent attention to detail
• Must hold a full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offences
• Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team play
