This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Managerto take charge of a busy, well-equipped site for a respected, family-owned accident repair group. With a team of around 30 staff across workshop, VDA, parts and reception - this is a high-impact role where you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and keep repair quality and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything. You’ll need a strong technical background,excellent leadership skills, and solid understanding of the full repair process — including VDA knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Running all aspects of the body shop day to day - workshop, VDA, reception and parts.
• Leading a team of roughly 30 staff and maintaining smooth operational flow.
• Ensuring vehicle repairs are completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional standards.
• Handling customer contact and keeping service levels consistently high.
• Managing staffing issues including training, performance reviews, and HR support.
• Working with finance/ops teams to manage budgets, reporting and site performance.
• Enforcing quality control checks and safe working procedures.
• Supporting business improvement initiatives and collaborating with senior leadership.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven Bodyshop Manager (min. 3 years' experience).
• Must come from a tools background — solid repair knowledge is essential.
• Comfortable overseeing large teams and multiple departments.
• Confident with repair workflow, estimations, and workshop planning.
• VDA experience (Audatex, IMI, ADAS) is strongly preferred — qualifications ideal but not essential.
• Commercially aware, process-driven, and customer-focused.
• Full UK Driving License (max 6 points).
