McCabe & Barton is currently partnered with a fast-growing global asset management firm who is seeking an on-site Technical Support Analyst to support their mission-critical Bloomberg AIM platform.

As the Bloomberg AIM administrator, you will manage daily workflows to uphold trade order execution and data integrations across a high volume of fixed income and equity transactions. Working closely with portfolio management and trading teams, you will maintain platform availability and optimise usage through agile requirements gathering and solution implementation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Serve as SME on Bloomberg AIM modules to troubleshoot issues, enhance functionality, and train users
  • Support trade order lifecycles from receipt through to settlement and reconciliation
  • Execute workflows for timely delivery of position, security, and transaction data
  • Assist compliance with audit and reporting requirements including regulatory mandates
  • Identify and analyse recurring pain points to develop process improvements
  • Work cross-functionally to define new requirements and features

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a trading operations, portfolio management, or systems administration role
  • In-depth knowledge of order/trade flows and financial instruments
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg AIM
  • Experience with SQL, database management, and financial reporting
