Billings Analyst Credit Analyst

You will be working for a large organisation in Southampton who are looking to add to their finance team with a Billings Analyst.
Your new role
Your new role is to ensure bureau billing is completed on behalf of your clients and sole job is to act as an extension to the clients in the house teams.

• Complete daily, weekly & monthly checks and fraud monitoring on customer billing platforms and creation / management of billing periods.
• To provide billing services for their clients, assisting them with aBILLity/Affinity platform related queries via phone and email.
• Advise customers on potential areas of loss and suggest remedies to increase margin and profitability.
• Take ownership of nominated clients, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Respond within the documented SLAs to enquiries from clients and help them resolve their software problems.
• Log and own problems encountered directly or reported by the customer to the support team.
• Support users in the use of bespoke aBILLity and affinity software by providing necessary training and advice for the customer.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ability to interpret written and spoken requirements.
• Experienced in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
