An exciting opportunity has become available to work for a leading company in London, SW1. They are looking to take on a member of staff to join their finance team.
The company is looking for a Billings Clerk with good recent billings and AR experience to come in to help within their newly created energy division.
As this will initially be a 6 month temporary position, they are only looking for candidates who are immediately available or on short notice, has billings experience and has previous experience working within a utilities company.
There is also a great opportunity for progression within the team and potentially a longer term permanent opportunity.
The role is ongoing and they are looking to get someone started by asap.
- PO raising
- Intercompany/multisite billing
- Energy billing
- Utilities experience required
- Using excel - up to VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Dealing with invoices
- Allocating payments and reconciling accounts
- Good communications skills - Building and maintaining client relationships
As this is a temporary position only immediately available/short notice candidates with recent AR/billing experience within utilities will be considered.
