Role: Billing Analyst

Location: Brockworth, Gloucestershire

Competitive Salary: £23,500 Per Annum

Fantastic Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

The task at hand: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Analyst at Onecom Partners, part of the Onecom Group. As our Billing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the billing function to deliver timely and accurate billing across all divisions.

You'll be great in this role if:

- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail

- You are enthusiastic, self-motivated and willing to operate flexibly

- You have a high level of accuracy

- You have beginner to intermediate knowledge of Excel

- You are able to understand technical data specifications

- You have a desire to improve both personally and as a team

What you’ll be busy doing:

- Run reports and checks on customer charging using the company’s own developed billing system

- Resolve unbilled items (i.e. where a tariff hasn’t been assigned to a customer)

- Data collection and checks of Call Detail Records, identifying efficiencies where possible

- Follow department procedures to enable live bill run sign offs

- Collate invoice print files for dispatch to our print house

- Support the Billing Manager with ongoing improvements to the billing function
