The Company:
Our client is a successful wholesale manufacturer with international operations.

Main duties:
Offering customer support in order to ensure that customer orders are delivered efficiently.

The Role:
- Process export documentation
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage customer database and profiles
- Order processing and stock management
- Liaising with other teams and departments

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and one other European language (written and spoken) - Essential
- Knowledge of export/customs paperwork
- Customer service and/or admin experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and positive attitude

Salary: Circa £24K (DOE) + Benefits
